The Gear gallery is where we feature best in class equipment for all things readiness. Here we will train members on specific pieces of equipment and systems to ensure comfort and familiarity.

Jesse Levin is an international disaster response and emergency economic stability specialist with over twelve years of operational experience. In the private sector he has Co-Founded and launched numerous startups at the intersection of the entrepreneurial and military veteran communities.

Sefra is a professional agro ecological and ethnobotanical educator who has conducted food security and seed sovereignty work in disaster zones around the world. She holds a Masters in Agricultural Education from Cornell, is a member of the Explorers Club and is a Co-Host on SpartanUp The PodCast.

Ryan Nye is a West Point graduate and former active duty Special Forces Officer currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Political Science at Duke University. In his spare time he serves as a Special Forces Team Leader in the National Guard, serves as Chief of Staff for The Readiness Collective, heads our Advisory training arm and keeps tabs on his 200 pound Kurdish dog Subi, a gift from a Kurdish police officer.

Danielle Roberts spent 9 years as a trauma nurse before adventuring with her three children to the West Indies where she embarked on her journey to study and practice medicine around the world. From responding to disasters to fighting on the front lines of Covid-19, Doc. D is a local Emergency Physician that moonlights as an all male duck egg farm enthusiast.
